How to make your candy template
The candy template uses the same six-panel 3D cube net with wrapped-candy artwork. Score first, decorate the flat net, and close the gray tabs for a crisp little cube.
Get these ready
- *A4 printer paper or light card stock (90-120 gsm)
- *Child-safe scissors
- *A ruler and a blunt scoring tool, such as an empty pen cap
- *Clear tape or double-sided tape
- *A small amount of tissue paper or soft scrap paper for filling
What to put inside
Use a small loose tissue bundle before closing the final face. Leave enough room for the six panels to meet cleanly.
What to stick with
Use glue or short tape pieces on the gray hatched tabs; do not cover the printed candy artwork with adhesive.

Print at 100%
Print the candy cut sheet on A4 without scaling and check the six square faces before cutting.

Cut the net
Cut along the solid outer silhouette and keep the gray glue tabs attached.

Add candy details
Draw extra stripes, sprinkles, or expressions on the six flat panels before assembly.

Score every fold
Score the dashed lines with a ruler and blunt tool, then pre-fold the cube panels and tabs.

Close the wrapper cube
Apply adhesive to the gray hatched tabs and fold the candy artwork around the cube shape.

Fill and finish
Add light tissue through the final opening, secure the last tabs, and hold the seams while they set.
Print note: Print the A4 cut sheet at 100% scale so each square face remains 6 cm.
Finish it: Use different expressions on each candy face to make a small matching cube collection.
Use scissors with adult help when needed. Keep filling light and dry: do not use food, liquid, rice, beads, or anything heavy inside a paper squishy.
